Does anyone know:
How much boost a T3 should produce on full crank?
How cool the air intake should be, running an intercooler? (average)

with the std actuator it should show 4-5 psi... with the metro control unit is will peak at 7psi at higher revs...

The closer to ambiant temps you can get your ACTs (air charge temps) to the better!!!

What have you got at the moment?

I'm running a bleed valve which controls the boost between 8-12 psi (I have a 8psi modified actuator) and I have a valve that blocks off the run from the actuator which lets the turbo spin up as high as it can go..about 15psi.., I just wondered if the T3 is capable of producing more?
I am running a charge cooler but have not fitted my air temp gauge yet. I was interested to see what the temp would be against a 'standard' intercooler.

well there is no std intercooler so anything is an improvement!

I'm going to be doing some tests soon to establish ACTs on a std engine... but untill I do no one seems to have any data.
