hi,

I am planning on doing a turbo engine, and have read that you are able to get an engine with high bhp and torque. Could anyone tell me how to do this, what is needed and so on.

Have a look at this:

EDIT: Horsepower is a function of speed and torque, so if you get the torque then the horsepower will be there. Don't expect off-idle torque with a turbo, they need time and rpm to get working.

That is helpful *happy* thanks, but a few questions
Do you have to bore the block out to get to the 200bhp?
With the rods what does H section mean?
Also concerning the block what does 4 bolt c mean?
what inter coolers would you use?
What does a hybrid turbo come off?

Sorry for all the questions :/

I suggest that you should now use the Search function to answer your questions. The answers are all here.

Do you have to bore the block out to get to the 200bhp? - no, but most are due to the availability of sizes of uprated pistons.

With the rods what does H section mean? It means that the cross section of the rod is H pattern. Ps these ate not needed for 200hp.

Also concerning the block what does 4 bolt c mean? 4 bolt centre main. This is an uprated centre main bearing cap. Also not needed for 200hp.

what inter coolers would you use? Whichever you can get to fit. This is desireable for 200hp.

What does a hybrid turbo come off. A hybrid turbo doesn't come off anything. It is a turbo that has been modified by using parts from another model.

Search, get reading and have a look at what's been done.
