ok so they have changed a fair bit over the years

i dont know if i can warrant spending over twice as much for kad brakes if the minisport ones are actually ok

hae they been improved or they still not very good?

any honest advice would be greatly appreciated

I bet my first wank came quicker than your first mini turbo

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

I haven't got a set myself but one of my mates has one of the first sets, he says there great.

I don't really know what the differences are between the KAD ones and minisport that doubles the cost either?

I'm sure they've fitted some tarox calipers and discs in mini mag last year.

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

I've got a set of the early minisport calipers which came on a car I bought. I used them on the state and in honesty had no issues in braking although never used for significant track time. the only issue i did have with them was sheared bleed nipples when I first stripped them off the old car - a common issue on early ones apparently

The Road version Mintex Ones. They had the standard ones that they come with to start.

Brakes feel totally different.

I have the m1144 pads 'not for road use' on the box lol. But they are bloody good pads. They stop you very quickly without locking up unless your foot is absolutely anchored down. Exactly what i want from them.
