I do not have a actuator and my turbo has been moded so the arm is on the other side for the actuator so the question is if I'm fitting a bleed valve do I need a actuator and if so which one do I need as I'm planning on running 12 psi sorry if this has already been covered I did search http://www.turbominis.co.uk/forums/index.php?p=vt&tid=445578 |

You need both. You also need to have a read up on the basics of how a turbo works and how it controls, what the wastegate actuator does, and what a bleed valve does.
