I've used the Minispaes ones with the oil hole for years, no problems, cheap too. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

do any of you guys check the spring pressures at full lift as i now have a tester at work and have been doing more of it recently on the engines to bring pressures down to save the cams and followers and have not been getting valve bounce, i run around 140lbs @ full lift on the 2 litre bristol engines and rev them to near as damit 7k without problems so far and just would like some input on where i should be aiming for with my own build..
