I would imagine isky ones are best.

We used MS lightened ones on the van's last build with an oil drain hole.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

Betwix Harrogate and York

I've used the Minispaes ones with the oil hole for years, no problems, cheap too.

Thats all I have ever used on all my engines and all those that I have built for others, with no comebacks at all.

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

as above but on silly spring pressures
not requiresd for turbo applications

i would not use the oil hole type
youtube ZDDP this is what kills followers or lack of it........

incedentley the pressures over the nose on the cam and followers on ramping are in excess of 35000 pounds

do any of you guys check the spring pressures at full lift as i now have a tester at work and have been doing more of it recently on the engines to bring pressures down to save the cams and followers and have not been getting valve bounce, i run around 140lbs @ full lift on the 2 litre bristol engines and rev them to near as damit 7k without problems so far and just would like some input on where i should be aiming for with my own build..
thanks lee

I used none hole followers for that very reason. But see above - people have not had problems....

Maybe it's a myth!!
