has any one used isky valve springs and are they any good |

well they were good in there day... and still are .......... many years ago english spring manufactures got a bad name for springs production...... they were little more than junk hence ever one raged about isky springs 20 odd years ago.

benross, do you mean the springs are rated at 180lb max or do you set them at 180lb at full lift using shims under them? Speeding is like masturbating, everyone does it, but not all of us film it and put it on the internet

I always used Isky with great results, one got a bit weak so Pete Baldwin recommended Minispares which were shit - they bounced at 8,500 rpm so I now have Swiftune springs which are fantastic I seriously doubt it! |

When yopu fit spring correctly you would shim them to the fitted length specified by the manufacturer/supplier,
