1 bar is 14.5psi

Therefore, 1.5bar is ~22psi and 12psi is ~0.8bar

If you buy a 1 bar of 15psi gauge, as and when you decide 12psi is not enough, you'll need to buy another gauge. the 1.5bar gauge since for the average user 22psi or 1.5bar is going to be well more than enough.

Well I have a t2 and they r only good to 15 psi r they not (prob wrong)

A 15psi gauge will not tell you you are over boosting past 15psi without going off scale. perhaps not a reason to fit a slighly higher scale gauge?
