i have had a search but it just came up with the small alts, my newbie question is do the nippon seiki 3clocks work properly in the older cars iv had four sets of 1275gt clocks and slowly but shorly the rev counter dies iv tryed taking them to a local electrical workshop but they basicaly said they wouldnt know what the modern equivalent parts are to fix them, just thought if i got some of the newer ones they would last

Done now needs redoing lol

I have a Nippon Seiki 3 clock walnut dash in my '77 998? not sure if you would need to modify the loom or anything, as they were fitted by a previous owner, but seem to work pretty well?

Should be straightforward. I'm sure the reason for that is something to do with the pcb.
The only thing though is you'll have to check the TPM of the speedos, as you might find you fit the GT clocks and the speed reads wrong.
