no the holes don't line up. They are mainly used on the after market p/box.
I've got one for my 16v project which will be fitted into an Allspeed p/box.

Wilwoods, lines and pots etc from rally design. Need to mod the internals to fit a standard mini pedal box.

Mark which ones are those?

What mods did you have to do? From what I gather, the piston length might need to be altered and the need for the fork attachment. Anything else?

Matty they are wilwood masters the size will depend on what pedal you want, about 0.7 for the brakes or smaller and 0.65 ish for the clutch (I use a bigger bore but will be going smaller)

And your right you need to reduce the piston length and attach a clevis - I cut mine with a die so I could get the length spot on and spun the clevis in place.

Hope that helps :)

Excellent cheers Mark.

Ive just had a thought, would it work to run a single reservior for both clutch and brake?

As in share the reservoir? Not sure tbh. I use one per master.

I think you can run a duel line from a reservoir to both the clutch and brake, i've been searching for one like in this pic, but no luck right now

Yes you can buy the clevis

The Dual Line uses one of these.

You just sandwich a copper washer between the two banjos.

BTW I use 0.75 but i believe the normal are 0.7. I had too much throw with my pedal box.

What if you loose you clutch slave? You would then also loose you brake fluid... Not sure I think that is a good idea

A single reservoir is quite common on modern cars with hydraulic clutches (modern concentric release bearing type) but the single reservoir has two tappings, the clutch one being very high up.

Mark - I have exactly the same master cylinders as you, how did yuu modify yours?

I measured the pedal travel and that measured 35mm, and the master cylinder travels about 32mm before it bottoms out, which all seems fine. But when I make a push rod short enough for the clevis pin to line up and the cylinder to fit flat on the cross member it only allows about 12mm of travel before the locknut hits the bottom of the master cylinder? The only way I can see of solving this is to cut the push rod down, and cut 10mm off the clevis pin fork and weld the 2 parts together...I don't mind doing this but I just want to see if there is another way first?

Does anyone know what the max pedal travel usually is, with the clutch and brake?

Matty I did exactly as you explained above, cut the push rod down and spin a die down it for the modified clevis.

Ah at least I know im thinking along the right lines.

I was looking at threading the push rod further down, but the shaft looks a smaller diameter than where the threads are cut. I'll have another measure later, but nothing the tig won't sort out!

I guess you ditched the rubber boots too?

Not sure of the rod diameter, think mine was the same.. I seem to remember using dust covers from an old mini ap cylinder, But to be honest for the use most minis get I'm sure running without will be fine.
