Chaps ive just pulled the engine from my daily project, ive split the gearbox and willbe keeping it along with the ancilleries and transfer housing/wok. So theres an engine wiout the above. This is the first time ive had owt to do with 1000 stuff so ive got no idea what its worth to anyone? So any suggestions to what its worth are welcome. The engine was running and didnt smoke whilst it was in the car.

A mint engine is worth £150 complete

I picked a complete running 28k engine and box up for a mate and that was £100, the mileage was genuine as still had honing marks in the bores when he pulled the head off. one day boost will be mine!

The most I have sold a short 998 motor for is £20 and struggled to get that.
