Recently met this chap, when we got the Hornet's v5. He's built quite a few cars in his time!
He had a red roofchop/sprint he built photographed by Matt Woods at Santa Pod I think it was in 2009, He's currently building this, 1071 engined sprint. 3" roof chop and 3" body chop, it's nothing short of brilliant, so i thought i'd show you all!

His own site too, quite a lot of his projects on there! Including the current sprint and the red previous sprint:

Oh, that mx5 in the background?
Thats being cut up and all the engine/suspension etc transplanted into a Triumph Herald as his daily!

He can also make front subframes and driveshafts for vauxhall conversions, tubular radius arms, rear beams, you name it he'll make it!

Yeah, It's going the same colour as the interior, mk1 grille and moustache cut down to fit, the arches will be body coloured (which he made himself)
Two classic bucket seats, mk1 rear lights etc. Next time I pop round i'll take another photo so you lot can see some progress if you're interested!
I want it myself haha!
The exhaust on it sounds awesome too.

I like that he left the seams - thats an awkward job which I nearly did on mine but decided I wanted the aero effect of losing them.
Shame he cut the grille aperture instead of the bonnet though, I never think that looks right, but good job by the looks of it, credit to him

I seriously doubt it!
