To do: intercooler piping, coolent hoses, EDIS MJLJ stuff wiring and tooth wheel fitment and then fine tuning can start.......

Not much room between the cossie 4wd intercooler and engine, hope the spark plug caps will fit *wink*

Cheers

Most stuff is new. Started with a 1293 turbo with some teeth missing from the gearbox and a non turbo resistent set of low cr pistons (21251). Overhaul of the gearbox was not that much cheaper then a new sccr one so why not buy a new one? Since then it got somehow out of control. I replaced most parts but am hoping they last some time as my budget has gone *frown*
The only things from the original engine I still use are the manifold, turbo and Hiff.

You forgot one thing, you need space between intercooler and engine to the air pass to cool the intercooler...

The man does have a point, but I suspect you'll be ok this time due to the sheer length of the intercooler meaning the air will have plenty of opportunity to be cooled!

Think i'd be sticking with the 2wd unit.

All the same, a well executed example. You clearly spent a long time developing the layout! Air filter is also where it should be!
When'll it be running?

EDIT: Whooaaaa! LHD aswell!!!!
