Water pump? Bottom Radiator Hose? By Pass hose? Thermostat housing?

Impossible to tell you an answer without seeing. Its just a case of having a good look round I am afraid and spotting where it is leaking.

No. There are a couple of ways of going about this job.
Either (a) get hold of the "concertina" type replacement hose. You can then JUST ABOUT wiggle it into position. Be warned that it is VERY awkward though!!

Or (b)

The other way is to remove the radiator and then the water pump. The bypass hose goes from the cylinder head to the water pump, so if you remove the water pump it is easy to get the new hose in. If you do it by this method get hold of the solid original type bypass hose, these are a lot stronger than the "concertina" type.

The second method TBH is easier in my opinion, the first method is doable but very fiddly. If you use the second method you will need a new gasket for the water pump, but these are only cheap (£1).
