i was just looking on the minispares website and they reckon the metro challenge cars were pushing over 220bhp on 16.4 psi i would like to know how! lol |

yes i heard that, but been speaking to more people and they to said not that high! Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

I think his has got his figures mixed up, maybe the challenge cars did run only 16 psi, and the Group A cars made 220 bhp, but both difference series On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

willie remember what ray said metro challege could only run a standard actuator thus the washers behind the bolts for more boost.

to be honest Jim I have done digging around, but kept getting different figures from people, so I never remembered then.
Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

As i've said before, i was told by the guy who built these engines for Austin/Rover when i bought my Group "A" stuff from him. They ran 1.5 bar, 22-23psi !! |
