ok here we go.

i had a couple of runs on sun but couldnot launch in 2nd with the good ruber on the back . but managed to work out the high sped instability [front toe]
ian had a couple of runs also on sun , he also was having probs launching ,but managed terminals of 110 and 109 mph respectively,
Onto today,
ian had dramas with flat spots ,so spent the morning trying to sort it ,
i had a couple of runs to sort out the stability [now fixed] but had the rear engine cut out one one run then the front engine throttle stick open over the line.now thats a strange feeling,lol.
ians first run of today say a low 13 due to very poor launch ,at this point he atsrts to suspect rear clutch probs, but still goes over the line at 114 mph,
at this point he decided to have a couple of test runs using N2O as a booster,[good choice],
another poor launch with the rear wheels just not spinning up at all. but one on the move did it fly !! . o low 13s pass but over the line ,wait for it,




121 mph . OH yes,!!!
i thought i was seeing things ,
ian reperted he use dthe gas on a push button on the steering wheel so he could apply at will.
so onto his next run ,
yet another poor crawl away with the rear seaming to be doing very little driving, but as before one on the move and the gas went in even sooner he qas off again absolutly f--king flying ,and i mean shifting .
with an ET of 12.5 but over the line at , and this time i'll spell it out so you are not seing things,



ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY MILES PER HOUR.
130 mph for f--ks sake , and the wanker of a comentater didn't bat an eye. twat.
so there you have it . not really about me after all was it ,ha ha..
by the way i could not run gas myself due to othe rsmall niggly fuel supply probs , . the best i ran was 12.6 at 110 mph on petrol only. sob.

just in case it didn't register here it is again

130 mph thats 8300 rpm with 3.44 diffs of flat out.

the quickest stu has gone is 134 mph on an 11.01 sec ET,
today i witnessed a couple of easy plus 200 hp engines getting it together just right surely.

ive been told the same, hence all "nova's" are called "corsa's" in spain, greece etc.

I was there on Sunday, nice to see the minis holding up against the old fords.
