well after tons of fing about changing this that and the other and then came to a brick wall on my misfire problem which happens at about 4k when booting it.

but the rembered 1 detail which turbo dave sugeted but i forgot about which was a needle valve check.

so on went a t piece for the pressure gauge, discontected the fuel over flow so it will breathe the wound the regulator in unitl it reached about 10 psi and hey presto fuel pissed out of the overflow ( sorted found the problem).

swo just orded a new valve and seat with seal from gary at m spares for ?12.50 and hopefully should be sorted.

so thanks dave for comments in the past next time i will rember them a bit more carefully and try not to forget the cruical bits.
