I went there the day before avon last year, when i was on the RR the carb was pissing out fuel from a seal on boost, so he sent a boy off to get a rebuild kit for me as i striped the carb out of the car. I fixed the carb as he worked on some heads out the back. Very nice bloke as he could of told me to do one when i asked could i use his tools to fix my carb.
I have started posting on Instagram also my name on there is turbomk1golf

Sorry to go off topic but what effects did the leaking carb have on the car as iam suspecting I have a similar problem as when iam on wot in 3/4 gear it just dies like I've ran out off fuel & think it could be leaking out on boost & emptying the float chamber before its had time to refill it back up

I went in last weekend for a quick look and they seemed very friendly and helpful. At the time he was RRing a mighty mini and another mini seven I think. |

Isn't this problem the discussion of an extensive thread?

It is will just thought I would ask how the car was behaving with this problem as iam still not 100% on my problem iam just under suspicion of the carb being at fault

I've used Slark too, and can certainly confirm the favourable reviews here. Neil is a smashing fella. Planning to take it back for suspension setup when i get round to it... My build thread: http://www.turbominis.co.uk/forums/index.php?p=vt&tid=440970 |

Neil at slark is a top guy, got mine on the dyno there last year, my clutch went and we also found the primary gear bush was shot so he let me strip it down and fix it there in his workshop so I could drive it home. |
