Hi guys, I'm currently rebuilding my t3engine and the rough spec is as follows: Turbo Phil head (if he ever finishes and posts it) |

The don iirc uses mega pistons opened up, there was a bad batch a while back though. Have a search on here for minispares mega pistons Drives

I believe AE changed the manufacturing process between the earlier pistons and the later ones. The early ones being squeese cast and the later ones conventionally cast. Too many people have broken them for me to trust them now and then gone on to use other pistons successfully with no other changes.

i ran +20thou 22357's on 8.9:1 cr no intercooler with 12psi boost, it went well but they broke somewhere between 15 and 17 psi, i know now that that settup was rather foolish and i am surprised they lasted that long

26cc chambers with Exhaust 30mm stainless steel race valves and Inlet 35.6mm etc. Kent cam 266 plus all the much needed upgrades such as ARP bolts amongst others.
