Basically im wondering what everyones set up is? and what they would recommend. My car is going to be used this year for Trackdays and a bit of Sprinting. Im happy to splash a bit of money on the setup but would be happier optimising what ive got.

At the moment im on hi los all round, GAZ shocks, rear camber brackets and adjustable tie rods at the front. I cant seem to get low at the front without being very close to the bump stops.

Any ideas would be great.

i would add a set of adjustable bottom arms and make it a full set up
mine is the same as yours with the adjustable bottom arm and less the rear bracket

as for the actual settings i have just replicated the std parts atm with a touch more -ve camber on the front it is literally 1 inch of the floor ( the foot wells) and corner weighted, it corners very well but grounds out on the down pipe
are you aiming to get it really low? if you are then some of the bump stop has to go

I run
0.5 rear neg
1.28 front neg
Caster is adjusted to miss the front wheel arch so a little bit more than standard But I don't want to cut the car about.

The car feels good on the road if a bit pointy. I haven't had it on the track yet but it has to be better than the factory "that will do" setup.

I set mine with the alignment iPhone app and it was very close to the hunter machine!

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

What you want is a starting point to tweek from. As I usually say here, I run 6 mm in at the rear, but I wouldn't advise it.

I'd start at.

Front
-0.5 to -1 deg camber
3.5 to 5 deg caster
1.5mm toe out

Rear
0 to -0.5 deg camber
1.5mm toe in

Do you you want the car to be quick, or stable? I run .5 toe out on the rear of mine to help with the tunr in, it does make the back lose, but also makes laptimes tumble.

On my race car I run 5mm toe out measured on a 10" rim at the rear, but you could never do that on the road.
I'd run parallell rear wheels.

Mine gets in the way a bit, but only when it is up. If it is down it does not cause a problem.

Cheers for that guys!

i really just want a good set up for track use. the amount of miles i do on the road is so low its not really worth taking into account.
