Has anybody put these on their mini?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Front-Aero-Flat-...=item3f119951c6

I have them on the Saab and they are great, but the fitting says hook type and that does not sound right to me to fit the mini.

In what way were they shit? Did they no fit properly? Not wipe well?

On the Saab they are brilliant, really quiet and clean the screen really well. I was more concerned with the fitting to be honest. they say they are for the classic mini, but then say they are a hook fitting. Are these what you bought?

If my memory serves, the later Minis did have the hook type fitting arms as opposed to the earlier "push on" type with clip.

I brought a pair that were meant to be mini specific. Came with a bag of adaptors non of which would fit!

I have them on the fockus so was interested in trying them. As it turned out they never got on the car.

That explains that then. Anybody have a hook type arm needing a good home?

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

I'll have a look then.

I have been into the garage and looked at my 1990 mini and sure enough it has hook type arms. It is the race car I want them for though and that has push fit. Arse.
