Now, I've always been prepared for the fact that I may need to fit an external wastegate on the Miglia. Because....

I have a gt20 but not running yet, just looked at the wastegate port and it does look tiny! Think I will get the die grinder out like I had to for the charades IHI turbo |

Ive got one being rebuilt for the 7 Port project. But it will not running for a while. considering maybe a external wastegate with screemer pipe. Class C 3rd Place Avon 2011 14.18 @101mph |

external wastegate definately, i will have an external screamer but no doubt it will get tiring so will be re plumbable lol Yes i moved to the darkside |

i only had overboost issues when using an old actuator. I now run the std GT2056 one and although 15psi is my minimum boost with it it cured the overboost issues. On 20th Oct, 2015 Tom Fenton said:

well i tryed everything, even unconnected the actuator and still hit the boost cut at 21psi

If you are referring to the GT 17 Robert then mine holds 5/6psi on the low boost setting too.
