First mini turbo to get in the 12's & site perv

Herefordshire

Hi Chaps,

Ive some bits and pieces kicking around the garage that are never going to be used, probably more to follow. Take a look and if you are interested let me know.

All items are in Hereford, postage or collection can be arranged, and I may be able deliver them if you live in the south.

Ive this bonnet of an unknown vintage, maybe mk2 or 3 perhaps? It has different hinge mounting points.
There is a little corrosion along the one edge, but some rust treatment and a little work with primer filler would see it back in great condition
SOLD £20

This picture doesnt flatter it at all

Next we have 4x AEG145 conrods.
These are from a midget but have S sized journals, so can also be used when changing the stroke of the crank

SOLD £80

9 Row full width oil cooler.
Slight ding to the one side, but otherwise in great condition
£15

Spax Coil Over Progressive Rear Springs
£25

Metro Mk2 Rad and fan
In Excellent Condition (better than it looks in the pics)
£30

4x 10x6 Revolutions with 8 nuts
In great condition, apart from a few dings inside the rim caused by a careless tyre remover
£100

Mountney Steering Wheel Boss
£20

Clubman 1 Piece Flip Front
No pics yet, its not fantastic, but its in usable condition with a bit of prep work
(Photo at the weekend)
£20

3 old Miglia Slicks
2 are in the same compound (ive forgotten), and 1 is in the rear compound
Loads of life left
SOLD £25 for the three, £10 Each

I dont know if there will be much interest here, but ill try my luck,
BMC CDA Carbon Induction Kit.
It was fitted to my clio for a year before I got it, this could be used on any car.
£70 (£213 new!!)

MG Metro Front Grill
£20

A Turbominis iconic car..... The Brown Porsche 924
No MOT or Tax, but it does run. An appreciating classic?
£300?

Thanks
Nic

Not really, a bleed of the brakes. It hasn't really been used for 2 years though so it may need a little bit of a freshen up.
Its all solid and everything works

What do you want photos of?
Its genuine I can assure you of that, my friend bought it from Ktec and I fitted it for him, I still have some of the packaging somewhere

God knows what the tax is on the porsche, it will be the pre 2001 rate for a car over 1.5L, £220ish??

Yes, as it is a 924. A 928 is a big dirty V8 monster. A 924 has a Volkswagen engine....

Nic, what did we decide about a VAG 20v turbo engine in this again? Is it RWD?

Yeah Tom! No slagging off the for sale items!!!

Yeah its rwd, I suppose you would need to make some kind of adaptor to make it fit the bell housing (gearbox is in the rear axle).
Why not give me £300 and you can create a monster

I had a 944s - very well balanced, just fucking slow.

Really good to drive, out handles just about everything. It really needed the 928 v8 - I beleive a few people actually dropped them in - but needs bulkhead mods.

Cheap track car for someone this
