hello all,

been lurking around for a while, thought i best introduce myself.

i own 2 minis, one modded spi and one early van.

couple of pics:





The van is the long ongoing project taken just before i stripped it. The pic of the mini is where it just came out of the workshop after a de-rusting and blinging session.

The mini's had a few mods done to it:
removed spi engine, replaced with NA tuned mg metro unit (55-60 at wheels)
de-rusted and spack arches and associtated bling wheels fitted
hi-los and uprated ties
full dash
fully adjustable suspension and uprated cones

Over the next summer i will be de-blinging the mini and starting on the vans bodywork whilst building my second NA engine for the mini.

Eventually i want to convert the mini/other to be a turbo powered unit using a janspeed/overflywheel mounted turbo, but thats a long way off at the moment.

Currently both cars are off the road as my metro engine has given up in the mini, poor me
