has anyone else's virgin been playing up the past couple of nights as mine is getting on my tits!? one day boost will be mine!

Mine is going well. Downloaded quite a bit of stuff today and it's been running at the right bit rate. |

mines fine in the day, but at night its shocking. im on 50 mb and i cant even play a vid on youtube and my 3G loads TM faster on my phone one day boost will be mine!

I know they are doing a lot of infrastructure work at the moment so maybe that's affecting your area. Mine is slow very occasionally, but overall it's by far the best service I've used over the years. Give them a call and see what they say. |

i'll pass on phoning them, i cant understand a word they say at the foreign call centre. these steroids im on for my asthma which ive suddenly developed at the age of 28 are making my angry enough at the mo. i dont think the phone would survive :@ one day boost will be mine!

I'd phone them; we had a fair few issues with our new 30mb service and box - the latest being exceptionally slow speed. I'm usually quite easy going about these things and don't normally complain for the sake of complaining but on this occasion had to; managed to get 3 months free out of them for my hassle |

does you broadband come down your phone line if so its adsl or asymmetric digital subscriber line

No it comes through the same cable as the digital tv. one day boost will be mine!

it usually is good for 30+ mb and 30ms ping but over the weekend on the speed test we were only getting 0.7mb and 380 ms ping, we'll have to see how it is tonight. one day boost will be mine!

no worse that BT you eother get an Indian call centre or a scottish one neither i can understand because of the strong accents, i work in the telecoms industry (avaya VoIP engineer) and have to say that virgin call centre staff technically are very good compared to some of the others even if you cant understand the accent. Never in England when we have had to phone recently, if we could phone before 9am around 12 months ago, we'd sometimes get a Geordie or a scot but any other time of the day it is India every time. So thanks for your sarcasm, much appreciated.
