Hi there, just a quick question, was just wondering what the standard size diameter on the garrett t3 for my engine i just brought should be, got a friend telling me it should be 63 mm but i had a measure up and it works out to be 57mm so im slightly confused, if anyone could shed abit of light on this for me it would be much appreciated, Cheers

Low boosting for now.

Garret T3 is a "generic" statement.

The T3 refers to a "frame" size but the actual compressors/turbines vary a lot across the range.

The T3 on my Cossie has a much bigger set of inlets/outlets than my Metro T3.

Standard Metro T3 is 57mm as you measured.

Are you talking about the up pipe where the intercooler hoses go? If so its 51mm.

Outlet is 51mm on the Metro derived T3 but the inlet is 57mm.

The clue is in the question title :)
