Was just wondering if anyone knows the correct torque settings for the 9/16" bolts that hold the pressure plate to clutch hub? Also the for 1/2" bolts that hold the pressure plate to the flywheel.

Any help would be a great help as AP instructions say nothing about them and just had the 9/16" bolts come loose even with built-in loctite on the bolts.

what do you mean by 'extra'?

more loctite in addition to the thread lock that is usually already applied to the new bolts

or, loctite where none has been used before

either way you DO want some sort of additional locking other than just the torque of the bolts, but if the new bolts already have locking compound on them and they have not been installed, you shouldn't need any more

the large bolts come with built in loctite and are new so the answer that that is no.
The small bolts that hold the clutch to the flywheel dont have any loctite so would you put a little blue loctite on them or will the pressure of the pressure plate prevent them for coming out once torqued down.

Cheers for the help sprocket *happy*
