Was working on a iveco turbo daily today and spotted the intercooler Which looked like the sorta cooler i wanted problem is the end caps! One end is alloy and was very shiney and the other end was plastic. Could i buy two and use the two alloy ends? the intercooler is about 16" long and about 3" deep Found one on ebay today but would buy a new one as the main part and a second hand one for the otherendcap. |

Unpick the plastic end and get a ally fabricator to make you an end tank to suit. Also means you would get the outlet pipe in the orientation, position, and size to suit your car.
