just had one of my inner drive shaft joints come out and looks like to me that my drive shaft is a wee bit too short, its the longer on eg drivers side, was wondering if any one new of any difference in lenght of drive shafts eg year or make

not sure im understanding this properly, but the 2 shafts are different lengths

yes they are eg the drivers side one is longer then the passenger side one but the drivers side one only just seeems to engage into the inner pot joint as in its not fully in the pot joint, can peple think why this might be not lowered too much, would using mtero hubs pull the drive shaft out, eg are the more off set then mini ones,

metro @ 2 degree more neg than mini

mmm trying not to sound stupid but i might start to but if the hub was 2 degree more neg that would mean the shaft would be going more into the pot joint wouldnt it, just trying to find out if any one has had this problem before, what are the major differences between metro and mini hubs, my hubs have the threads that go into the ball joints, but metro ones have the ball joints that screw into the hubs dont they, the drive shaft needs to go into the pot joint by about another 10 to 15 mil so some thing is seriously wrong, outer cv maybe different

Just use mini hubs metro hubs are fattys leg I had that problem I just used mini Hubs
