Gday all,

My name is Matt, i have a 1967 Morris Mini Moke, and would love to make it move a little quicker...

It currently has a nice warm 1152cc engine with a fat 45 weber hanging off the back of it, good for around 50ish banana's at the wheels...

I have been throwing the idea of forced induction around my oh so empty mind of late, an SC12 kit can be acquired easily enough and thrown onto my current engine with an old 12g295 head, but i keep looking up all of your wonderful 998 builds with envy!

I have a standard 998 waiting in the garage, can get my hands on a GT17 rather cheaply and can acquire most of the other parts rather easily, tis also a bit of a bonus that i live 10mins from Graham Russell and can get a cam reground from scratch rather quickly... the one thing that does annoy me, is that there are no Metro Turbo engines in Oz to steal (use) the existing turbo set up from, (HIF44's fetch a pretty penny over here as well), if i were inclined to move down the oh so wonderful turbo path i would need plenty of guidance, and lots of help... Also i notice no-one in the UK really wants to post outside of the UK, that makes for a bit of a headache... *tongue*

Will keep all updated with decisions etc...

Actually, I'm talking shit. I had a stupidly fast turboed a series, sold the lot and am getting towards the end of a SC12 build. But, apparently, superchargers are gay. *wink*
