Bit overcast here. I'm camping tonight so I hope it stays dry.

Although with the mixture of sun and showers over the last cople of weeks my garden has gone mental, you can almost watch the grass getting longer....

I have a pragmatic view, We live in a green and plesant land, and for that wen need rain.

But it would be far more convienient if it was, say, every Tuesday and then the rest at night. Would make planning life much easier. God (who doesn't exist) really fucked up here, what a dick.

I blame the rain ( and maybe some diesel on the road, but nothing to do with my driving of course for the fact that this afternoon I spun 360 degrees off the road and finished 30 feet into the grass on the side of a dual carriageway today, exiting a roundabout. I will swear by anything that you believe in that I was doing under 35mph, in third gear, no boost and very little power, but it spun so fast that all I had time to do was release the throttle and apply some opposite lock, with no beneficial effect whatsoever.

My confidence in both myself and the car is very considerably reduced.

Done 500 miles and all in the rain, managed to get the sun to stay out yesterday for a few beers outside :)
Can't really moan about the weather too much as I've had good company n lots of tasty ale.

The roads were incredibly slippery around here last night. I had my MG sliding all over the place on a roundabout, to make it worse there was a Police car waiting to pull onto it. Fortunately he just waited for me to get it straight and then pulled out and drove off, I expected to get a bit of a speaking to.

A comfortable 26C in the middle of "winter" here. We are expecting 2mm of rain sometime in the next four months too!
