I seem to be getting and oil vapure smell after my dump valve goes off.

Is this normall or should I check that my engine breathers are not blocked?

Check there not blocked and check the condition of the oil, my bov on the clio kept sticking due to think oil vapor, changed oil and cleaned it and not had a problem since
