Curborough track day

Lads, ive hired out Curborough sprint course on the 25th on July all day. I have a few people interested already but just thought id put it up on here to see if anyone else is interested for the remaining places

Theres 10 Spaces, and 4 have already been taken provisonally and i know 1380 rich was interested too, so he will get first refusal.

The course is only short but is quite fun me and Matt Argent had a great time last time so i thought id put a day on.

The cost - Now to hire it out was £565 and 10 cars was the limit, so ive said £56 a car. If people want to come they can Paypal me the money to Mattiewarren@hotmail.co.uk as a gift.

Try to get there for 9 for a walk round of the course then sessions will start at 10 through to 12, then 1 through to 5. Long sleeves and helmets have to be worn.

Hi Matt, any problems if we come with a non road going mini. I'm at Loton Park the weekend before and im fitting the new engine at the moment, would be good to get some extra track time. The mini has an FIA/MSA logbook, dual driven by me and my dad.

Any kind of marshalling/rescue for that track hire figure?

What is the noise limit there for private hire?

No marshalls and no rescue.

Noise limit is 105db for the track lucky where Curborough is situated that its basically in the middle of no where. I shoudnt think anyone is going to be over that limit.

Hi Matt

Just sent over the funds through paypal as a gift. We will arrive with a trailer as well. The engine has just been rebuilt and put back into the car today. Hoping to be on the rollers next week ready for Loton in 3 Weeks time.

The engine is a 1380 running on a 45, be nice to get to learn the track a bit better. We did a couple of meetings there last year on the old motor.

Well the mini was on the rollers yesterday and it seems to be running well. Just over 100BHP at the wheels which I'm happy for its first run. Got a meeting at Loton Park this weekend. Looking forward to a bit of testing at Curborough in a week or so :)

Good stuff mate :) Would be good if we got a few more people really. Still got 4 spaces left

Does it have to be other minis? I can ask a couple of other people I know, one with a single seater hill climber and one with a scooby.
