i seem to be having difficulties getting my water pump and crank pulley to align for the fan belt if i use my orignial clubman water pump spacer the water pump pulley is far too much to the right (when looking in from the front)but in the correct possition for the fan and rad, if u use a small spacer the water pump pulley fowls the water pump and it too far to the left. are there any other sizes available inbetween the 4mm and 17mm spacers id cut mine down but dont have anything to make sure its 100% straight wouldnt want it to wobble and go through the ally rad.*oh well* cheers in advance guys

Carnforth, Lancs

The pulley shouldn't need any spacers, they are to move the fan so go on the outside of the pulley.
If the pulley is catching without spacers then something's not right.

The large water pump pulley fouls the head on a 998, other than that, either large or small pulley should both fit on any water pump without spacers. As said above, the spacers are to move the fan closer to the rad

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be...
So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...
