Hi guys,

First of many questions to come, I recently picked up my first Turbo Mini - Aaron/Rubicon's old car. There will be a build thread shortly, but just a quick question.

Currently there is no air filter or intake hose on the turbo - whats best to use for this? is standard silicone hose ok, or something more substantial?

Also any reccomendations on filters?

thanks for your help

Ben

Yeah you can use that straight from the turbo. I'm not sure on the size, but I think the gt17 are 51mm, my gt20 is anyway.

I use a green cotton, they were available from avonbar before they closed, minispares do a k&n one but you may need a stainless hose reducer thing

Air filter wise, If you're patient you can find some good deals on ebay.

I got a green cotton filter for a 206 for £20.
