Rear discs are really overkill on anything but an out and out track car IMO. Even then I think most people go for them just for the weight saving rather than the extra braking?? All minis are very light at the back end and so the standard drums are more than up to the job of taking care of the rear brakes, in actual fact they need restricting or else they will lock the rear wheels all the time.

I use KAD disk brakes on the back, as tom said, I only use them to save weight. To be honest, I currently have problems with too much braking on the back, I have to fit two adjustable brake bias valves to restrict the breaking to the rear On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:
