hi all could you give me some advice,
i've just got some money about ?1000 to chuck away on my car,
the thing is i need to spend it on cosmetics before the motor as my car looks like a bag of shit.

i wanna stick to 12inch wheels i need a new set what do you recomend?

the whole front end of my car is rotten, need new wings and front panel, what should i get?
carbon fibre,
fibre glass,
new metal panels,
new metal panels after market (cheaper)
i dont come into money very often so dont wanna waste it,

I personally like minilite wheels in any size on Minis and would never choose anything else!! For longevity I would personally choose a replacement steel front for a road car, if you use your car every day fibreglass can soon start to look tatty IMO. But of course each to their own.

minilites are the real thing, minilights are copies.
revolutions are the real thing, revolites are a copy.
i think thats the right way round :)
as for where to buy them, if you can hold on until a mini show most places there do some good deals on wheels and tyres at shows

Buy some 7,5" four pot calipers, and fit 10" wheels. The only decent thing to do on a Mini.

Mine gets in the way a bit, but only when it is up. If it is down it does not cause a problem.
