hi was thinking of fitting front coilovers to my mini but what are the advantages, dissadvantages if there are any , what parts can i bin if fitting coilovers , sorry for all the questions but im a bit new to coilover fitting thanksll

You can bin the cones and the trumpets.

However.

I wouldnt run coilovers on the front. Not enough suspension travel IMO.
