Hi
Need a boost controller for a t3, but which one. Lots on the market, but are they any good?
Recommendations on the right bit of kit would be nice please.

Cheers

Just a simple bleed valve, cheap and work well

yes there are lots, yes some are very good.

But chances are as benny says, all you need is a simple bleed valve.

Boost controllers are generally for when you are running higher boost ( relative to w/g pressure ), or have specific boost requirements that a simple bleed valve cannot achieve.

speed didn't kill me, but taxation probably will

Defo manual.
I have a boost gauge fitted but I am a bit worried cos this is a newly built engine and I am unsure as to how its all set at the mo. I didn`t put it together.
I think I need to start off very gently and see how it all pans out.
So just a basic item off ebay will do the job then?
Thanks for the help so far

Yeah probably about a tenner, there just a 3 pronged thing with a knob on the top. Put it inline the pipe from snail to actuator and leave the middle leg open to atmosphere.
