Can anybody tell me the benefits of the GT1548 over the Renault 5 Turbo. I know they are share the same flanges and both fit the mirage manifold. Just interested in efficiency, spool time, max boost / power. Looking to run 10psi max @ 9.75CR on 7 port. Class C 3rd Place Avon 2011 14.18 @101mph |

The compressor maps are almost identical. That's as much as I know. There is probably no real advantage, but the GT15 may have a more efficient turbine, but this is pure speculation on my part. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

Its a Pedigree Chum one isnt it? 1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

I just presumed they made the gt1548 to replace the t2 as a more modern version?
