Use the bolt holes, don't worry about it too much, the head port should be bigger than the inlet so it gives a tiny bit of leeway. On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:

you have no choice now the head has been opened up.

The best thing to do drill the manifold & head & use a little dowel/peg to locate it as Wil said. :) |

I like to retain the rings on turbo engines as there is little point in opening the ports out there then. On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:
