Now I've gone for a mirage set-up rathe than making my own, I'm after a Metro Turbo Inlet Manifold. I'll consider any condition really,

Hi Mike.

You can use any inlet with the Mirage manifold. This should open up your options somewhat.

In the 13's at last!.. Just

I thought because of the 'log' manifold design you had to use a metro turbo one, which has a tighter 'swan neck' to lift it up.

If thats the case though, I have a minispares stage 1 inlet on the car at the moment..

aren't the mirage head flanges thinner than the metro turbo manifold??

Yes. I have a Metro turbo manifold with thinned flanges for mine.

Just use stepped washers to suit the different thickness flanges..
