Hi
what throttle cable do people recommend for use with the turbo carb please? It doesn't look to me like the standard cable will work well as my carb doesn't have the curved quadrant part for the cable to run in like my old hif44 did? Any pics would be great thanks!

it should have the curved part? mine does anyway..

i use a metro cable, or one from a 90's carbed cooper.

Oh right thanks. Are they removable then, mine has a slightly different arrangement?

From the left field, but I had a throttle cable give me trouble last year so I now use and adapted motorbike clutch cable, with clamps at each end, which makes it easy to assemble or remove.

That quadrant is pretty well essential for any sensitivity of control.
