People Running megajolt, am I going to have issues with my sensor, im unsure. The arrow points to the 9th tooth after the gap (I didnt count the gap)

Im concerned with the angle, the gap is .8mm I measured it with a feeler guage :)

It needs to be 90 degrees before the gap with the engine at TDC. Number of gaps is irrelevant.

9 teeth after the gap is 90 degrees 36/4 = 9 :)

I'd start with a new pulley. The rubber bit in that one is cracked, so it's likely to wobble about and generally be rubbish.
