Hey

Got a problem with the misses 1980 mini. It will lose ignition for a split second and sometimes cuts out compleatly. It will always start back up (bar once when we had to bump it)

Ive checked all connections and have a theory of the electrical bit in the back of the barrel.

Any thoughts?

Cheers eden

Hotwire it and see if it cures it. Proves the barrel.

Any cure will be equally difficult to prove then, you may as well start with one that costs f.a.

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

More than likley it will be the main live wire from and up to the fuse box, also check the coil wires terminals and main battery leads for a good connection,

You need to check all things out, the above are only the main pointers eden
