Turbo carb running too rich

Hi guys having some trouble been searching and can't find what I'm after.

Rebuilt my turbo carb , now no matter how much I adjust it it runs far too rich.
Is there any common internal bits that may cause this.?

Also is there a seal meant to go around the jet at the bottom?

Sound like you haven't. Snecked the needle over the holder correctly iam afraid ..... you will have to carefully go over your work to make sure!

Fixed it turned out that on the choke side bit that goes inside the body, seal had snagged and snapped letting too much fuel in.
