Do you need the valves and springs when buying this head? or will the ones out of the original engine do? |

better with the valves and springs as the inlets i think! are slightley larger than a standard 998 head

The exhausts on the 12G295 are the same size as the standard 998 heads, but the inlets are much bigger.
Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

Inlets are VERY hard to find to be honest. I had to machine down some AEG163 35,6mm valve for my head. If the inlet valve seats are fine, you're OK, but if you need an oversize, beware. On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:
