Upgrading my MJV3 to a V4 with the new engine, and with the one i bought it came with a hard cut rev limiter.

i cant help but once you've worked it out can you post a piccy of it wired please. as i have it on mine but it dont work so wanna make sure they did it correct.

that transistor looks to only be required if the surface mount transistor sharing its pins isnt man-enough. I could be wrong as have know working knowledge of the mega jolt setup but thats what it looks like to me. turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)

Ive done it the 4th is at the other side of the board,

i fitted bennys with no instruction the 3 solder pads in your photo are clearly labled coil power, trigger and ground
