any ideas what the difference is between 7.9 and 8.4 in braking is it notice able? thinking about getting either which should i get?

This is an odd question.

The only reason that you'd choose 7.9 over 8.4 would be to fit 10" wheels.

So the real question is, what size wheels are you intending on using?

In the 13's at last!.. Just

7.9 if you want to run 10's,
with good pads both will be much better than the 8.4/2pots

running 13inch wheels, the reason i ask is that my friend is sell some 7.9 calipers, but if the 8.4s are that much better i will get them instead want to no if there was much diff

i would say that the torque arm effect should win over the pad pressure, esp with a bigger wheel.

if your looking for more stopping power the biger the disc the easier it it to stop it rotating...

They are lighter tho with helps with the old unsprung weight :)

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!
