Hows the hose? I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

You can get new seals from mini spares for a few quid. I had a similar problem beginning of the year and re sealing both master and slave cured the fault. |

The cylinder can get a crud build up at the end of the stroke. If that stroke is changed for any reason so it travels further, the seal is trying to ride over the crud. If this has happened, the chances are the seal has been damaged anyway.

Yep, master cylinder dead. Fitted a plastic type and the clutch is better then its ever been.
