Have they ever been made? Biggest steel rims Rover/BL ever put on was 12". All the 13" were alloys.

You are right there are plenty of BL with the right PDC, but the right offset might be harder to find.

I might be making this up but seem to recall people used to fit imp steel wheels in the 70s. They would be 12/13 can't remember lOl. Can anyone add to this

Imps are 12". The same pdc, but bigger studs.

An allegro wheel might fit, not 100% on the PDC though.

Not mine, but all that I caould find on ebay. Midgets also ran a 'plain' wheel, so maybe concentrate your search there.
