Have they ever been made? Biggest steel rims Rover/BL ever put on was 12". All the 13" were alloys. http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk

You are right there are plenty of BL with the right PDC, but the right offset might be harder to find. http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk

I might be making this up but seem to recall people used to fit imp steel wheels in the 70s. They would be 12/13 can't remember lOl. Can anyone add to this |

Imps are 12". The same pdc, but bigger studs.
